The Berenstain Bears Forget their Manners
This book was written by Stan and Jan Berenstain. This book teaches children the importance of manners. Mama Bear has to remind her family that bad manners brings negative consequences whereas good manners brings positive and happy results. She creates a plan to help them be more polite and in the end the Berenstain family remembers their manners. I would use this book to help children understand the importance of manners. It also teaches children that bad manners affect those around them and that it is important to use good manners both inside and outside of the home. It was a fun book to read (as are all Berenstain books).

I have read this book myself and find it just as enjoying as yourself. I believe that this book does teach the importance of manners, and how children should treat others whether they are family, friends, or adults as well as those of your own age or younger

ReplyDeleteI love the Berenstein Bears Books. They are wonderful books, and they all teach a lesson. I never heard of this particular one. I will have to give this one chance. It is extremely important for kids to have and learn manners, as it is for everyone. In fact I posted a Berenstein Bears Book The Trouble with pets.
These books continue to be loved.
